Have you ever wondered what your spirit animal is? There’s no time like a brand new year to find out! Maybe you're a cat, an elephant, or even a flamingo!

This workshop is a two in one, starting the morning with Naomi from Soul Tranquility to discover your spirit guide, finishing with our watercolour artist Em, for some watercolour painting and reflection on your newly discovered guide.

Using guided visualisation and the ancient practice of pathworking, you’ll take a journey to connect with your spiritual self. Animal guides, totems, spirits and familiars have been a part of cultural traditions across the world for thousands of years, with the belief that specific animals hold the wisdom and energy needed to facilitate healing, personal development and impart wisdom during different periods of our life.

You will then learn the basics of watercolour and take some time to create a personal artwork of your spirit guide.
